How to book a visit
Step 1: If you are a new client please visit the New Client Intake page and fill out the information. We will contact you via phone or email to answer any questions you have and schedule a Meet and Greet.
Step 2: Once we have made contact we will add you to our Client Portal. We ask that you fill out your information as well as the instructions for taking care of your kitty. Please be as specific as possible. Once a Meet and Greet is booked you will be able to book future visits with us. All visits are pending until the Meet and Greet is completed.
Step 3: We offer three lengths of visits, a 15 minute, a 30 minute visit, and a 60 minute visit. If your cat has medical needs you can select from the medical option, in the drop down menu that best suits your needs . You can choose up to 4 visits per day. Visits are completed within the time block chosen. Our Morning visits are completed between 7 am- 11 am. Our Evening visits are completed between 4 pm-8 pm. Our anytime visits can be completed anytime between 7 am-8 pm. Cats with time sensitive medical needs will be noted for specific time visits.
Step 4: Once you have put in your request, it will be reviewed. If we are unable to process your visit or have questions about your booking we will contact you. All visits that have been booked will receive an email and an invoice will be available in the portal.
Step 5: Payment is due after your visit is completed. If there have been any changes to your service this will be reflected in your bill at the end of service. Overpayments can be used for future visits. Payments are completed by the client within the portal. The credit card on file is not automatically charged. Any unpaid invoices will be charged at 30 days after the final visit. Tips are distributed amongst the sitters who completed your visits by percentage of times they did the visit.
All scheduled visits must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled visit. Any visits cancelled within a 48 hour period will be charged full rate, which includes any holiday and peak rates.
Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday Cancelation Policy
Visits cancelled within two weeks of the Thanksgiving and the Christmas/New Years time period will be charged full price of services.
We understand that due to life circumstances plans can change and sometimes can change without much notice. However, cancellations of visits booked within 48 hours of the visits at 7am of the day booked regardless if it is a Morning, Anytime, or Evening visit will be charged in full. Cancellations can be made within business hours (7am-8pm.) Any visits cancelled outside of business hours will be recorded for the next business day.
Cancellation request received on Monday at 5:00pm for a Thursday Morning visit=No charge.

Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday Weeks
We will also have a special holiday cancellation policy. Any Thanksgiving visits booked November 27th through December 1st must be cancelled by November 12th at 8:00pm to avoid a full charge. Additionally, any December Holiday visits booked on December 23rd through January 1st must be cancelled by December 9th at 8:00pm to avoid a full charge.
