In the event of an issue when a sitter is at your home, they can immediately contact a Manager for advise and assistance. In the event that your kitty needs to be taken to an emergency vet, we will contact you and handle the logistics on our end. A visit to the emergency vet is a very rare occurrence for us, with fewer than 4 per year from 30,000+ visits annually.
