Holiday and Peak Times 2025
We charge a $8.00 fee for Holiday and Peak to encourage our staff members to work during these busy times. This incentive allows us to take on more visits. Please note during these times we do fill up and may have to place a block if we are at capacity. Please book early to assure your visits can be added to our schedule.
Holiday charges will appear on your invoice after visits are approved.
March 15th - March 23rd Spring Break
April 18th - April 20th Easter weekend
May 10th - May 11th Mother’s Day weekend
May 24th - May 26th Memorial Day weekend
June 14th - June 15th Father’s Day weekend
July 3rd - July 6th 4th of July weekend
August 30th - Sept. 1st Labor Day weekend
October 13th Indigenous Peoples day
November 26th - Nov. 30th Thanksgiving Week
December 20th - Dec. 31st Winter Holidays
January 1st New Year Day

Thanksgiving and December Holidays Cancellation Policy
We have a special holiday cancellation policy that applies to the Thanksgiving and the December holidays. Any Thanksgiving peak day visits booked the day before Thanksgiving (Wednesday) through the Sunday following must be canceled by 8:00pm on Tuesday two weeks previous to the holiday to avoid a full charge. The December Peak Days change yearly and must be canceled two weeks prior to the start of the Peak Days listed on our website.
